1. Reservation et Confirmation (*) :

a. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
 
2. Payment (*) :​​

a. Rental prices are quoted in euros (EUR) and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
b. Payment may be made by bank transfer or any other method of payment accepted by the owner.
c. Any additional charges (deposit, cleaning charges, etc.) will be clearly specified at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation and Refund (*) :​​​​

a.  Cancellations must be made in writing.
b. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the cancellation deadline.
c. Refunds are subject to and will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy.

4. Customer Responsibilities (*) :

a. The client is responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the gîte during their stay.
b. Any damage caused to the gîte or its equipment will be charged to the client.
c. The guest must respect the rules of the property and avoid any disruptive behaviour to other guests or neighbours.

5. Deposit (*) :​

a. A deposit is required on arrival to cover any damage or additional costs.
b. The deposit will be refunded within a few days of departure, subject to no additional damage or costs being incurred.

6. Stay (*) :​

a. The number of occupants authorised is specified at the time of booking and must not be exceeded (4 people).
b. Pets are generally not permitted.

7. Check-in and Check-out (*) :​

a. Arrival and departure times will be agreed in advance with the owner.
b. Late departures not agreed in advance may incur additional charges.

8. Privacy Policy :​

a. Personal information provided at the time of booking will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy.​

9. Force Majeure  (*) :

a. The owner cannot be held responsible for unforeseen events or events beyond his control, such as natural disasters, strikes, etc.

10. Changes to Terms :

a. The owner reserves the right to modify these conditions of use at any time, with prior notification to the customers concerned.

By reserving our gîte, you accept the conditions of use of our rental contract (*) which you will receive by email. Please read them carefully before booking.
