Special registration instructions

Our reception staff will be on hand to welcome you on arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled date will result in a full refund, i.e. 100% of the total amount paid. If cancellation is made between 7 and 15 days before the scheduled date, 75% of the total amount paid will be refunded. Between 2 days and 7 days before the scheduled date, the refund will be 50% of the total amount paid. However, cancellations made on the same day or the day before will not be reimbursed. After these deadlines, the amount becomes non-refundable. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.
